A DECADE: Ten Years of &SONS
Ten years ago, &SONS started with a simple frustration.
We couldn’t find the clothes we wanted to wear.
So we made them.
There wasn’t a grand plan. We didn’t come from the fashion industry, and we certainly didn’t know all the rules. In many ways, that helped. We weren’t trying to fit into something that already existed.
We were just trying to build the kind of brand we wanted to be part of.
Clothes with purpose. Pieces that felt familiar. Garments you could wear hard, keep for years and make your own over time.
That was the starting point.
The Pieces That Started It
From the beginning, the idea was always about the product.
The Henley. The chore jacket. The denim. The waistcoat. The cap.
Pieces inspired by workwear, utility and the clothes worn by men who needed them to do a job. They had to be practical, but they also had to have character.
We weren’t interested in fashion for the sake of it.
We wanted clothes that could be worn every day. Clothes that worked together. Clothes that looked better with a bit of wear, a few marks and a story behind them.
That thinking is still at the heart of &SONS today.

Finding Our Way
We learned as we went.
Some things worked. Some didn’t. That’s how it goes when you build something from scratch.
But we always came back to the same things.
Make the product matter. Tell the story honestly. Listen to the people wearing it. Try to do it better next time.
Over the years, the brand has grown, but the approach has stayed pretty much the same.
We still question things. We still change things. We still trust our gut when something feels right.
More Than Clothes
What we didn’t fully realise at the start was that &SONS was never just about the clothes.
It was about the people who connected with them.
Men who didn’t feel spoken to by fashion. Men who wanted something with a bit more substance. Men who liked the idea of clothing that felt lived in, useful and personal.
That’s where the community began.
Customers became Pioneers. Stories started coming back to us. People were wearing the clothes in their own way, in their own lives, and the brand became much bigger than we could have planned.
That has probably been the most important part of the last ten years.

Ten Years On
Ten years on, not everything has changed.
We still design what we want to wear.
We still care about the details.
We still believe in clothes that are made to be lived in, repaired, worn hard and kept for years.
We still believe that the best garments get better with age, not worse. They fade, soften, mark and change with the person wearing them.
That’s what gives them character.
DECADE
DECADE is a reflection of that journey.
Ten years of building.
Ten years of learning.
Ten years of doing it our way.
It looks back at where &SONS started, the pieces that shaped us, the people who joined us and the ideas that still guide us.
It is a moment to mark what has been built so far.
But it doesn’t feel like the end of anything.
If anything, it feels like we are still just getting started.
For generations to come.
