We're excited to announce that all our products are now stored and dispatched from our fulfilment center in Northampton, UK. This update means that customers can enjoy a larger selection of items and free delivery on all orders over $150, with no extra duties upon the arrival of your purchase up to $800 value. Please be aware that ordering can only be done through this USA site.

For orders below $150 there is a flat shipping fee of $10

Delivery to the US typically takes 7 to 14 business days. We strive to process and dispatch orders on the same day, especially for those placed before 2 pm on weekdays. Our Tracked Postal Services ensure secure shipping, but please bear in mind that during peak times, dispatch and delivery may experience slight delays. Your patience is appreciated.

Delivery to Safe Space Terms and Conditions

Definition of Safe Space: A 'safe space' is defined as a location specified by the customer for delivery, where the customer believes the item will be secure until retrieval.
Customer Responsibility: By opting for delivery to a safe space, the customer acknowledges that they are assuming all risks associated with this delivery method. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items delivered to the specified safe space.
Clear Communication: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the chosen safe space is suitable for receiving deliveries and that it is accessible to the delivery personnel. The company will not be liable for any issues arising from an unsuitable or insecure location.
Acknowledgment of Risks: The customer acknowledges that delivery to a safe space may involve certain risks, including but not limited to theft, weather damage, or unauthorized access. The company is not liable for any consequences resulting from these risks.
Refunds and Replacements: In the event of loss or damage to items delivered to a safe space, the customer agrees that the company is not liable for refunds or replacements, and any claims should be directed to the customer's insurance provider if applicable.
Pre-existing Choices: Customers may save their preferred safe space choices with Royal Mail based on past deliveries, not necessarily from &SONS Trading Co. This allows for quicker processing of future orders and ensures consistency in delivery preferences. It is the customer's responsibility to amend or remove this option as needed.
Modification of Terms: The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes prior to their next delivery.

By selecting delivery to a safe space, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
