1 - Enter the order number (for example US12345) and the email address used at checkout.
2 - Tell us what you're sending back, and why.
3 - Agree to our Returns Terms & Conditions.
4 - Create the returns label ready for dispatch.

Please note that you won't be charged separately for the prepaid return postage; instead, it will be deducted from your refund. By using this returns waybill, you agree to the deduction of the return postage cost from your refund. Additionally, by selecting this method, you agree to return the package using the prepaid return label, understand that generating the returns label will incur these costs, and consent to the deduction of the return costs from your refund.

You'll get an email to let you know we have your return within 5 working days of it being delivered into the warehouse.



Exchanges are usually processed within 1 day of being requested. You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to initiate a return. Please note that we do not offer free returns, so it's essential to obtain proof of postage or a receipt when sending items back. We cannot accept responsibility for items that do not reach us.

Returned items must be in a fully resalable condition, meaning they are unused, with all tags attached, and preferably in their original packaging.

&SONS reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund for items considered not resalable. This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty items.

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed. Once we receive the return, the refund process may take between 5-7 working days, although it could be longer depending on your bank.

Refunds may take an additional 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. All exchanged items will be dispatched within 3 working days once the exchange is processed. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning their order.



Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. We have procedures in place to deal with faulty garments/products. Please email the customer service team with photos of the faulty product, along with a brief description of what the fault is.
