Shipping to US addresses

We aim to process and dispatch same day, for US orders that have been placed before 2pm on weekdays. We use Tracked Postal Services and therefore we ask for you to allow up to 5 business days from dispatch for your item to arrive. During busy periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer. 

Did you always have a US website? 

The &SONS U.S website officially launched on November 10th 2021, having been hosted previously in the UK.  Due to customer demand for more convenient delivery and returns options we have bought items into a dedicated distribution centre. You can now get free delivery on all orders over $100 with no added duties. Product prices are inline with the automatically converted rates on the U.K site.  Please refer to our home site if in any doubts and feel free to contact us at customer services.

1 - Enter only the numbers from your order number and postcode.

2 - Tell us what you're sending back, and what you would like.

3 - Print out the form and put it inside your parcel.

If you do not have access to a printer, please handwrite the information, including the RMA number which is shown on the form.

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and socks cannot be returned. Please use our live chat for advice on sizing.

Any SALVAGE STOCK, FAULTY STOCK or SECONDS STOCK, are non-returnable. They are sold as seen. Before purchasing, please talk with our customer service team about any questions you may have.

Exchange & Refund Policy

You have 14 days to start your return from the date your order was delivered. We do not offer free returns, so be sure to obtain proof of postage or receipt when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Items being returned must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused, with all tags attached, and if possible, in the original packaging.
&SONS reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

How long will my return take to process?

Once the return arrives with us, the process of the return may take up to 14 working days. But typically, between 5-7 days. Refunds may take another 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on who you bank with. All exchanges will be sent out within 3 working days once processed. Customers returning orders are responsible for all costs associated with returning their order.

Faulty Items

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. We have procedures in place to deal with faulty garments/products. Please email the customer service team with photos of the faulty product, along with a brief description of what the fault is.
