INTRODUCING

The Masset takes the shape of a classic raglan sweat and cuts it from a soft raised-pile corduroy, giving a familiar silhouette tactile depth and character. The pile catches the light, adding richness to the colour and a lived-in appearance.

Raglan sleeves allow plenty of movement through the shoulders and a touch of stretch through the cloth keeps it comfortable in wear. Ribbed trims at the collar, cuffs and hem help hold the shape, while the clean sweatshirt construction keeps everything easy and uncomplicated. A simple everyday layer in a distinctive fabric.

ORIGINS

Corduroy has long been valued for its hard-wearing ridged construction, most often seen in trousers, jackets and practical outerwear. Its character comes from the raised pile, which gives the cloth texture, warmth and depth.

The Masset takes those qualities and brings them into a softer sweatshirt shape. Raglan sleeves, ribbed trims and stretch through the cloth make it easy to wear, while the corduroy keeps the surface rich and distinctive.
