The re-release of our favourite blue and yellow-toned Pioneer Trucker cap is finally here! Keeping to the classic five-panel structure, this ‘Trucker’ cap is made with 100% cotton on the main front panel and peak, matched with poly mesh rear to keep you cool in the summer months.
One size fits all, with a snap adjuster on the back and a padded sweatband inside for comfort. It features a contrasting yellow felt patch with subtle denim blue embroidery on the front visor matching the tones of the panels. Like all of our clothing, the cap will age over time and look better the more you wear it.

From the early 1930s through to the 60s truckers were given heavily branded peaked caps by haulage companies and later by other brands as a way of promoting their businesses. Also known as mesh or net back caps, they gained notoriety into the ’70s as global brands such as mountain few and agricultural feed companies used them as give-aways at truck stops which is why they’re also known as gimme caps - ie. give me due to them being handed out for free. Fast forward over the 50s and the trucker cap is the staple in ant denim heads wardrobe, still carrying the heavy branding, the net back and curved peak.
